On a mission to reduce overproduction
The fashion industry is facing a significant challenge with overproduction, leading to excessive discounting or the destruction of unsold clothing. We believe that securing simplicity and speed in the supply chain can drastically reduce this waste. This not only benefits the environment but also improves profitability for our customers.
To succeed, we must produce less but smarter. By optimizing production processes, aligning supply with real demand, and leveraging technology, we can create a more sustainable and profitable fashion industry.
Our solution is built on three key pillars:
TRANSPARENCY . SIMPLICITY . SPEED

About our founder

Thomas Frahm has worked with planning, forecasting, and replenishment within the textile and fashion industry since 2007.
Throughout this time, he has been responsible for purchasing at well-known brands such as ONLY, Soya Concept and hummel. In addition, He has helped numerous brands implement new planning systems and ensured their successful integration within the organization.
Beyond this,Thomas has served as a planning consultant for smaller brands, managing their NOOS (Never Out of Stock) and seasonal product allocations on a weekly basis.
With a strong focus on business optimization, Thomas prioritizes leveraging data effectively, making it as accessible and transparent as possible. By fostering close collaboration between purchasing, sales, and suppliers, Thomas ensures that brands can make quick and well-informed purchasing decisions.
Over the past 7 years, he has visited more than 100 of the largest brands in norther Europe and has observed a clear lack of prioritization in purchasing NOOS and seasonal inventory. This oversight results in significant missed revenue opportunities for both retailers and brands.
Investing in NOOS and seasonal inventory is one of the riskiest aspects for brands, yet it also presents the greatest opportunities for growth during the season. For customers, access to products that can be restocked daily is a key factor in maintaining a strong bottom line.
